1. About Us

Sea Coast Star FM Services provides professional cleaning and facility-related services including, without limitation:

• House, office, commercial, residential, window, and floor cleaning
• Maintenance work (civil, MEP, air conditioning, and plumbing)
• Supply of cleaning products and equipment (enquiries via website shop and WhatsApp)

We operate primarily in the UAE. Service availability may vary by location and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or offensive information through contact or enquiry forms
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems, data, or accounts
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute website content without our written permission
• Use the site in any way that could harm our business, reputation, or other users

We may update, suspend, or withdraw any part of the website without prior notice.

3. Quotes, Bookings & Service Agreements

3.1 Quotations

Quotes provided via phone, email, WhatsApp, or the website are estimates based on information you supply. Final pricing may change if scope, access, size, or conditions differ from what was described.

3.2 Confirmation

A service is confirmed only when we acknowledge your booking in writing (email or WhatsApp) and, where applicable, any deposit or agreed payment terms are met.

3.3 Access & Preparation

You are responsible for providing safe access to the premises, utilities (water, electricity) where required, and informing us of hazards, alarms, pets, or special instructions before work begins.

3.4 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if notice is short or if our team is already dispatched, as communicated at booking.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.
• Payment terms (cash, bank transfer, or other methods) will be agreed before service.
• Late or failed payment may result in suspension of ongoing or future services.
• Product orders placed via WhatsApp are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

5. Service Standards & Limitations

We aim to deliver high-quality, professional cleaning using trained staff and appropriate materials. However:

• Some stains, damage, or wear may not be fully removable; we are not liable for pre-existing conditions.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (weather, building restrictions, third-party access issues, etc.).
• Valuable or fragile items should be secured or pointed out before cleaning; we are not liable for loss or damage to items not properly disclosed.

Please report any service concern within 48 hours of completion so we can inspect and address it promptly.

6. Shop & Product Enquiries

Product listings on our shop are for information and enquiry purposes. Orders are placed through WhatsApp or direct communication with our team. Product images, prices, and stock may change without notice on the website until confirmed by us.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, logos, images, design) is owned by or licensed to Sea Coast Star FM Services. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the UAE:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific service.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses including loss of profit, business interruption, or data loss.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
